Who are we?
Fully Frosted is a home-based bakery in Chicago, run by Rephoel Wolf, focused on creating desserts that people are genuinely excited to serve and share.
Whether it’s for a simcha, an event, or just because you’re in the mood for something really good, everything is made with attention to detail and a high standard of both taste and presentation.
If you have a vision, I’m always happy to work with you to bring it to life — and if you’re not sure what you’re looking for yet, we can figure that out together.
We've also got a cool "Make An Offer" Policy- if you don't like the price quote for your event, you tell us how much you think it should cost and we'll see if we can make it work your budget. Pretty sweet if you ask us!
Are you Kosher?
Yes! We are Kosher Certified under the Hashgacha of Rabbi Mordechai Tarkieltaub , and all our products are Parve and Yoshon unless clearly stated otherwise.
Are any of your products Gluten Free?
We are not a gluten free facility, so we recommend celiac customers not order, but for gluten sensitive customers we do offer a range of products which can be made with a gluten free flour substitute, and we would be happy to find something that would fit your gluten free needs.
